Key Responsibilities

What qualifications should you have?

• Videography:

  • Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality footage for various video projects (social media content, promotional videos, interviews, events, etc.).

  • Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment as required.​

• Podcast Production:

  • Set up and film podcast episodes, ensuring high-quality video and audio capture.

  • Operate equipment such as cameras, microphones, and soundboards during podcast recordings.

  • Edit both video and audio for podcast episodes.

• Video & Audio Editing:

  • Edit raw footage into polished final products that align with Austriankiwi’s brand identity and messaging.

  • Ensure the final output is optimized for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, website, etc.).

  • Implement feedback from the team and clients to refine and perfect videos and podcasts.

• Project Management:

  • Maintain an organized workflow, from pre-production to final delivery.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, social media, and design teams to align video and podcast content with overall campaigns.

• Qualifications

  • Have an understanding of Videography and Video Editing.

  • Have an understanding and some experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and audio editing tools (e.g., Audacity, Ableton, Adobe Audition).

  • Have an understanding of video production techniques, lighting, sound, and post-production processes.

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to feedback.

  • Strong storytelling skills with an eye for design, composition, and visual aesthetics.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends in video and podcast content.

  • Must be able to speak fluent German and English.

  • You must be located in Salzburg, Austria.
